Mr Savvas Andreou, the owner, says this system has quite literally changed his
life.
When he had an ordinary cash register, Mr
Andreou used to spend up to 2 to 3 hours every night, checking the serial
numbers of the waiters’ bills to make sure none were missing, so that he could
