Geller Launches ViViPOS
A unique concept that changes the face of
retailing and hospitaility at the point of sale
ViViPOS is a generation ahead. It is a fusion of the best features of ECRs with the best features of PC terminals in an entirely new concept - the PCR.
ViViPOS has the features and capability of a PC terminal combined with the lower price, reliability and simplicity of a cash register and is suitable for most retail and hospitality applications.

New Product - AX-200 Cash Register
Designed to provide maximum features for minimum outlay, AX-200 is outstanding value for money.
This good-looking ECR comes to the UK already possessing an impressive track record earned in the USA, where it was released a few months ago and where many thousands are now in use.
Features include 58 mm alphanumeric receipt and audit drop and load printer, 15 departments, 5,000 Price Look Ups, barcode learning and server interrupt. It has a 4-line 24 character operator display with useful operator prompts and a single-line turret display.
The 62-position raised keyboard is ‘soft' (any key in any position) so the number of departments can be configured according to requirement. The plastic note/coin insert in the all metal drawer has unbreakable metal note clips.

Boxpos - New Product
New product - BoxPos Modular POS System.
This system can be supplied as a complete ready-to-go point of sale system including software. Alternatively, the touch screen monitor and the system box can be purchased separately.
The system box can be supplied as a bare bones system without hard drive or Windows for industrial or special purpose applications - for example using compact flash and running under Linux.
In the main, however, this system is expected to be popular with hospitality and retailing environments because it is attractive, space-saving and very low cost.

The SX-690 Ready-to-Go Retail Scanning System
Released in January 2009, the SX-690 Ready-to-Go Retail Scanning System has been an instant success with convenience stores and similar retailers.
Many smaller retailers want the features of PC based systems, but with cash register simplicity at the point of sale and without the higher cost of touch screen terminals.
Plug it in and start scanning
The SX-690 Ready-to-Go Retail System is delivered pre-loaded with approximately 17,500 popular retail products – including local and national newspapers and magazines.
Low priced but fully featured
Included in its low price are most of the features available on PC-based systems – for example, Mix and Match, Stock Control with Re-order by Supplier, Shelf-Edge Labels, Scale Link and Inter-Register Communication. A change – for example, a price or product change – made on one SX-690 is sent automatically to every other SX-690 in the system, if you have more than one.
Simple to set up – simple to use
To implement the SX-690 Ready-to-Go Scanning System, plug it in, scan items in the store, enter the prices and press the appropriate department buttons. After a few weeks, you can request that all items with a zero price are deleted from the system. This removes all the products that are not sold in your business. It is easy to enter any new products you decide to stock.

Bluetooth wireless printing
All Geller cash register and PC terminals can be connected via Bluetooth to receipt and kitchen printers for wireless connection.
The obvious advantages are ease of connection and no unsightly wires on view.
The cost is often lower than cabling and to move a printer or a terminal from one place to another, just pick it up and move it anywhere there is a power point.
In the unobstructed open air, the range is around 100 yards. In buildings containing walls, metal girders etc, the range is reduced but is normally enough to cover the largest restaurants, pubs, etc.
